activity presenting or explaining a
material to an audience which
serves to provide an
understanding.
Several aspects are contained in presentation technique:
1. Show your Passion and Connect with your Audience
2. Focus on your Audience’s Needs
3. Keep it Simple “Concentrate on your Core Message”
4. Smile and Make Eye Contact with your Audience
5. Start Strongly
6. Tell Stories
7. Use your Voice Effectively
8. Use your Body Too
9. Relax, Breathe and Enjoy
There’re several preparation for a presentation
including:

 Prepare the material


 Study the material presentation
 Choose the correct language
 Knowing the audience
 Understand the conclusions of the material content
 Preparing presentation equipment

Audience is a people who


become readers, listeners and
viewers of various media or
components and their contents,
such a presentation listeners.
Audience analysis factors:

Why the introduction so important in a


presentation?

“In the introduction you need to explain the subject


and purpose of your presentation whilst gaining the
audience's interest and confidence.“
Good presentation structure is important for a
presentation, some typical presentation structure:

a. Greet your audience


b. Introduce yourself
c. Give the title of your talk
d. Describe the structure of your talk
e. Explain that the length of your talk
f. Say a collague will be showing a vidio later
