Course Objective
Consumer Driven 6-Sigma Black Belt is a
four week program.
Emphasis is placed on understanding the
concepts of variability, defects, and reduction
of waste, focusing on improving customer
satisfaction and Ford Motor Company's
bottom line.
Black Belt candidates are required to bring
an approved project to class.
Attention will be given to Lean and the
Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and
Control (DMAIC) breakthrough strategy.
