HEALTH

 Defined as a state of complete physical, mental


and social-being and not merely an absence of
disease or infirmity. Physical health and mental
health are inter-related.
 A sound mind in a sound body is an old and
appropriate saying for good health. 
This time of pandemic period, following good personal
hygiene and prevention habits, including vaccination,
helps limit the spread of antibiotic-resistant
microorganisms and prevents the misuse or excessive use
of antimicrobials
PERSONAL HYGIENE
Personal hygiene is how you care for your
body. It includes bathing, washing your
hands, brushing your teeth and more.
Everyday, you come into contact with
millions of germs and viruses. They can
linger on your body and in some cases, they
can make you sick.

quite simple and should be taught and
enforced both at home, at school and

• Bright, clear eyes
• A body neither too fat nor too thin
• Fresh breath
• Good appetite
• Sound sleep
• Regular activity of bladder and bowels
