REFLECTION

ADVOCACY_ OCTOBER 2020


1st Question:
I’m happy for the Sun, moon, stars and the rain because regardless of how
my day ends, they stay the same. I’m happy for anything that gives me
comfort; pillows and personal time.
I am grateful that I can open my eyes, I can hear, I can breathe, I can move.
Generally anything brings me comfort. From the life I live and the
environment around me, to the material things I take for granted.

2nd Question:
I forgot to be grateful when everything seems to be out of place. When people I
love were out of reach or they are away for a reason that’s beyond my control
It happens when I am preoccupied with tasks and I forget about myself and my
health.
When I lose time for myself. Whenever life is at its busiest. I often forget to be
grateful to be doing the things, especially when doing things with and for other
people.

3rd Question:
I take a short walk and try to see little things like flowers, trees and the sky.
Perhaps I can do meditation and detach myself from work and graduate
school for few moments every morning.
Giving myself time to reflecting on the things i have the opportunity to do and
the things I have.
