INTRODUCTION

This glossary contains useful and complete Nursing

vocabulary with key words and more used, which
will allow us to expand our knowledge to a higher
level, marking a big difference with the rest of the
students and putting our English into practice.
Cough kɒf

Definiccion:is to force air out of your lungs through your throat with
a short, loud sound

Emily has a very nasty cough

Depression (dɪˈpreʃ.ən)

Definiccion:the state of feeling very unhappy and without hope for the
future

Depression affects me a lot!

Emergency (ɪˈmɜː.dʒən.si)

Definiccion : a dangerous or serious situation, such as an accident, that

happens suddenly or unexpectedly and needs immediate action

During the emergency many staff volunteered to work through the 

weekend.
