Tournament starting date is the 23rd of June, please get in contact with your opponent once you have sent the
invitation for the game, so the other person is aware they need to move.
Because we understand many people might be busy with real life and also different time zones, there won’t
be a time frame for each round. But out of courtesy to the person you are playing against, please try to not
delay the game too much. The game is being set up to at least have a move per day.
If you haven’t sent the donation before the start of second round you will be automatically eliminated.
There is something called stalemate, a position counting as a draw, in which a player is not in check but
cannot move except into check. In case of stalemate, players will need to start the game until having a winner.
If your opponent haven’t been in contact with you by the 24 th of June reset time, we will assume that he/she
does not longer want to play and will be automatically eliminated.

Equally as in ROK you need to develop Strategic Thinking. Chess is considered to be a strategy game – this
means that in order to win, you must have a better plan of action than your opponent. But no one is born with
the ability to conceive great strategic moves, it must be learned by practicing.
