Classification of Hazard Class ‘A’ Hazard ◦ Major condition or practice that is likely to cause a serious permanent disability, loss of a body part, death or an extensive loss of asset Classification of Hazard Class ‘B’ Hazard ◦ Serious condition or practice that is likely to cause a serious injury resulting in temporary disability of a worker or major damage on asset. Classification of Hazard Class ‘C’ Hazard ◦ Minor condition likely to cause non serious injury or non disruptive damage on property.
