- Decides all educational activities of foreign language

center operating on campus.
- Monitors the language program
 General supervisor:
- Is responsible for supervising, executing all campus
managements
- Supports the office department to work well
-Helps the team understand performance targets and goals
- Ensures the safety and the security of the office
- Recruits, manages & supervises staff meeting
- Co-ordinates with Human Resources Department to
organize the activities for the employees
- Makes the periodic report upon the higher level request;
provides reports and activity updates to management

Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery

of solutions; answers technical and procedural questions for less

experienced staff; mentors new staff

- Conducts assessments of each staff member annually

- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing

Manages & controls HR plan for the general supervisor to

ensure all administrative tasks.

- Supports other departments to ensure the technical

equipment relating to typing exercises, teaching plans,
designing lessons,…
- Sets policy directions in collaboration with campus partners
- Advocates for resources for technology-use
 Financial department

- Keeps the financial records under checked

- Manages the budgets
- Advocates for staff, salary, and infrastructural resources
- Allocates resources for language campuses
 Vietnamese teachers and native
teachers

- Teach and tutor English for kids, children and teenagers in

kindergarten, primary and high school.
- Control and create activities in classes.
 Teaching assistants

- Pick up and look after the students in class.

- Assist in monitoring students’ work and the ability to
follow instructions.
- Assist teachers with classroom discipline, assessing
students, clarifying instructions and checking homework.

ROLE CULTURE
•With more than one hundred staff members and over three thousand students
every year, this LTO set guidelines for the employees to work accordingly. 
•Every individual is clear about his roles and responsibilities in the organization
and knows how to accomplish the tasks.
•The LTO works based on the rules.
•The activities are highly controlled.
•Power in the LTO is determined by the leading role of the organization.
•Culture of the LTO is built on detailed organizational structures which are
highly demanded.
