• Gather participants from each school as a group (School Head, English Panel Head,
Senior Assistant, SIPartner+ & SISC+ [where related])
• Members of the group develop a timeline for HIP implementation at school level.
• Group needs to consider the following steps:
1. When to administer self-assessment tool.
2. When to analyse and report beginning level of immersiveness.
3. When to develop the strategic plan for HIP.
4. Duration for implementation of plan. Refer to HIP Activity
