How to utilize
• Consolidate the responses of parents found in the survey form particulary on
1. Learners with or without tools and internet at home (can be further
classified according to purok)
2. Learners with or without home tutors/learning facilitators at home (can be
further classified according to the level of educational attainment)
Group the learners according to the teacher-pupil ratio planning standards for
regular classes
Kinder= 1:50 (25 a.m. and 25 p.m.)
Grades 1-2= 1:40
Grades 3-10=1:45
Grades 11-12=1:40
Combination /Multigrade classes= 30 pupils consecutive grade levels
Things to do for the School Heads
• 1. Finalize the survey results
• 2. Categorize classes according to the results of the survey
• 3. Organize classes according to planning standards
• 4. Request to SDS if teachers are lacking
• 5. If enrolment is beyond the absorptive capacity- increase class
size up to maximum of 55; give advisory class to special teachers

• 6. If enrolment is below the absorptive capacity-prompt to enroll
learners who are not enrolled yet to avoid excess teachers who
will be deployed in schools needing reinforcement

• School heads shall assign teaching loads to public school teachers
to fully utilize the six (6) hour actual classroom teaching with due
regard for possible teaching intervals
All advisorship and/or special assignments for the entire school
year combined shall be considered as one teaching load
