ANSWERS:
1.As per Regional Office, NO DOWNLOAD YET FROM
DBM
2.Procurement is already posted by Regional office and for
public bidding
3.They are encouraged to file for Travel and Communication
reimbursements BUT it is OPTIONAL.
ANSWERS:
4. ALL CTs from: Tubay, Magallanes, RTR, Jabonga, Santiago,
Cabadbaran and 32 CTs from Kitcharao have already opened their account
with LBP-CBR.
a) A request letter was also sent to LBP-CBR for the CTs from Carmen,
Nasipit, Buenavista, Las Nieves and PDRRMO, BUT upon as per
response from them, they can no longer cater this applications due to
unavailability of schedule, they are already fully booked for
PANTAWID program transactions.
b) Will be sending another request to LBP-Butuan to try if there is
already an available schedule for AND CTs.
