Objective

This course has been specially designed to help users:


1. Schedule a Webinar using JioMeet
2. Understand the functions and control for:
1. Webinar Host
2. Attendees
Webinar Module

1. Schedule Webinar sessions using JioMeet application.


2. There are 3 types of Webinar Users:

1 Host Admin who schedules and controls the webinar
(Single Host/Webinar)
2 Panellist Speaker /Presenter for the Webinar
3 Attendee Audience with basic controls for asking questions to
the host/panellist

Scheduling a Webinar
Section 1
1. Scheduling a Webinar

1. Login to JioMeet App.


2. Click ‘Plan a Meeting’ and select ‘Webinar’ from popup.

2. Enter Webinar Details

Select the time & duration

3. Enter Registration Details & Select Webinar Options

Enables the Q&A panel for the panelists and attendees during the
webinar.

Continuously scrolling text (announcement) on the webinar screen.

1. In the JioMeet Home Page click on ‘Webinars’.


2. Select Invitation for ‘Attendees’ using ‘Copy Invitation’ Tab

1. Starting the Webinar
1. Click on the Start Webinar option. The button will only be available 15 minutes before start time (not
earlier).
2. Click on broadcast, it will be broadcasted, and attendees will be able to join, and the banner will change
to green ‘The webinar is now broadcasting to all attendees.

2. Webinar Controls
1. View List of Attendees
a. You have the option to view the number of registered and participated
attendees without their names.
b. You can view the name only when the attendees post a comment or question.
c. Under the Attendees tab, you can also view the list of comments and questions
posted by the attendees.
d. You can choose and publish a comment as a ticker from here.
Registering and Joining the Webinar
(Attendees)
Section 3
1. Joining the Webinar

1. Join the webinar using the Joining link (Once a webinar is scheduled by the Host, you will receive
the registration link through whatsapp / email).
2. You need to click on the joining link. You will be redirected to the Webinar landing page for the
Attendee which shows the topic and scheduled time of the Webinar with the Enter option.
3. You need to click on Enter to join the Webinar. Enter your Name (Mandatory), Mobile Number &
Email ID to Join the Webinar
2. Controls During Webinar

1. Likes and Reactions


a. You can choose to like a webinar.
b. The total number of likes and views will appear on the top left corner
for host and panelist to view.
2. Comment
a. You can choose to post comments on the webinar.
b. These comments will be visible by the host. You can post a maximum of
10 comments per webinar.
3. Q&A
a. You can post questions to the host and panelists.
b. Host & Panelists can answer the questions.
c. You can view if a question is answered during the webinar
verbally/with text or if it is dismissed.
