situation. The time is the present or future and the situation is
real.

 CONDITIONAL TYPE II
The second conditional refers to an unlikely condition
and its probable result. The use of the past tense in
subordinate clause indicates unreality or To talk about
a present situation which is impossible.

and its probable past result or To talk about something
that might have happened in the past, but did not.
