PR Video for

Oakgrove IPSN

The aim of this video would be to create PR
Video, to highlight the key areas and facilities
within the school and show off the important
links the school has to the city, for example,
The Aim of the the Waterside Theatre, The Peace Bridge and
the Guildhall. This will help parents make the
Video decision on whether the school is the school
for their child to begin education at and then
be shown to before the beginning of the new
year, to ensure parents know they made the
right decision when picking Oakgrove.
• Pre-Production: This would include drawing up a
paperwork plan including outline, risk assessment
and timetable after a discussion with you about
what is expected.
• Production: This would include filming on site at

exact idea, followed by leaving Oakgrove and going
to key areas nearby in order to get footage
• Post-Production and Legacy: This would include
editing and then will be passed on to you, to post
online and to be used as promotional material for
the school
Target Audience
The target audience would be parents of young children who are looking at options for their child to go
to school at. This would include both children moving from another school and children beginning
school.
To ensure COVID-19 is not an issue during onsite filming, it will
only be me at Oakgrove rather than a large recording team. I
Safety Measurements will also be following the 2 metre distance rule and carrying my
own mask and hand sanitizer to ensure the safety of pupils,
staff and me.
