About Krish & Partners

Krish and Partners was formed by a Group of Chartered Accountants / Chartered Global
Management Accountants (CGMA – CIMA/AICPA) with a team of IT professionals to
support Digital Transformation in Sri Lanka and Maldives.

Saddhatissa V Rajawasam is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with an

MBA and currently he is reading for his Doctor of Business Administration Degree program
with University of Wales in UK.

He is one of the pioneers in introducing Accounting Software and Sage ERP systems in Sri
Lanka with Zellione Systems in 1993.He has also worked in reputed companies like
KPMG, Aitken Spence, Dart Global Logistics in Sri Lanka/India/Maldives and worked in
international companies such as TNT Global Logistics, DB Schenker Global Logistics in
Malawi/South Africa and Kenya performing Project Management Services related to ERP
Systems Implementations, ISO Quality Management Systems and Financial Shared
Services Projects while working as a Chartered Management Accountant.
