What You Will Learn
If you are self-aware, it is easier for you to understand other people and detect how
they perceive you in return.
Learning how to become more self-aware is an
early step in the creation of the life that you want.
We will define self-awareness and then cover eight specific actions you
can take to become more self aware
on a daily basis.
What is Self-awareness?
Self-awareness typically means having a deep understanding of your values, strengths,
weakness, habits, and “your why.”

HOW TO BECOME MORE SELF-AWARE THROUGHOUT YOUR LIFE
1. LOOK AT YOURSELF OBJECTIVELY.
• washing dishes,
• going for a run,
• going to church
6. Take personality and psychometric tests
There are no right or wrong answers to these tests
7. Ask trusted friends to describe you
Make sure
your friends
know that
they are doing
this to help
you, not to
hurt you
8. Ask for feedback at work
Write down any surprising strengths and weaknesses that you did not realize
you had before.
Finally, if
you want

your life,
