Listening Skills

 Listening is the absorption of the meanings of words and sentences


by the brain.
 Listening leads to the understanding of facts and ideas.
 But listening takes attention, or sticking to the task at hand in spite of
distractions.
 It requires concentration, which is the focusing of your thoughts upon
one particular problem.
 A person who incorporates listening with concentration is actively
listening.

 Based on article, I considered myself as a average listener because


mostly it based on my mood. But I think that I was a good listener.
This because I listen what other told me without any judgement and
make eye contact to show how very focus I am in conversations.
When I disagree with something, I just listen the others until they
finished their opinion, then I will give my own opinion. But I will
improve my listening skills from time to time, so I will be a very good
listener.
