The article revolves around the organizations facing
loses of 5% in revenue due to misappropriation in cash
, padded expense reports and inventory theft etc..
Reasons
Low self esteem

Competition

Economic calculus like want to earn more at any cost

Less incentives so want to earn more by making false

expense sheet , misappropriation in cash (this could result
in loss of revenue )
Possible remedy
Displaying family photos in the workplace

More focused and think less about income

According to the survey employees does not want to engage in
false practices when their family photos are present in the work
place and vice versa.
Let take a example of rolling a die by paying themselves per dot
Group of students were divided into two teams. One team had
family photo in their workplace and they pay themselves half
dollar per dot.
Second team had landscapes in their workplace and pay them
more per dot
Conclusion
There was no side effect of displaying family photo in
the workplace , or there is no study or experiment
done which shows any adverse effects .

Positive benefits were observed for the organization

and the happening of unethical activities are less.

It can give employees a boost and also the

organization can focus on more areas as comparison to
these unethical activities .
