 ABSTRACT
• Birth Registration is the formal registration of a child's birth through a state
administrative mechanism and is coordinated by a specific branch of government.
• The goal of the project is to build a cloud-based information system to address all
the problems faced by this health institution while tracking parents and creating
successful children's intentions.
• The current process of birth rate monitoring process is being operated manually
and due to this procedure numerous problem are been encountered.
• A design was taken to computerized the manual process in Birth rate to check this
problem.
• Young children are at increased risk for infectious diseases because their immune
systems have not yet built up the necessary defenses to fight serious infections and
diseases.
• Vaccinations start early in life to protect children before they are exposed to these
diseases. The use of globally accessible device for birth registration and continuous
monitoring has shown great potential in this field.
 EXISTING SYSTEM
• The conventional method of birth and death registration is by
human inspection. The data are collected using an note book
that is manual form filling method. Each Forms contains the
details of the child, mother, father, informant and registrar
respectively
• The medical staffs at the hospital here fill out this Manual
form.
• In Health care centre staff to be manually taking record of
event
• It is difficult to determine the birth rate in different regions.
• It is time consuming to manually record birth rate information.
• It is not easy to monitor the rate of birth based on birth
registration records that are manually obtained.

involved the design and development of an
immunization information system. User interface is accessible
online by use of a web browser; the business logic is hosted on a
server and the database that runs on cloud Server. With this system,
it’s expected that there will be an improvement in health care by
enabling more children to be immunized at the right time.
• The System can be applied in a health centre and the parents who
need this service can register all the required information about
their children in a health centre.
• The goal of this project is to help parents to receive SMS messages
that provide time specific information about their children
vaccination appointment for their children.
• The system may help parents in ensuring that children vaccination
is taken as scheduled.
• This would lead to immunize children against diseases and prevent
the spread of diseases
