The building has a roof height of 380 m and stands a total of 443.2 m tall,
including its antenna.
Tower has been named as one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World by the
American Society of Civil Engineers.

The original main lobby is accessed from
Fifth Avenue, on the building's east side, and
contains an entrance with one set of double
doors between a pair of revolving doors.
Each of the floors has 210 structural
columns that pass through it, which provide
structural stability, but limits the amount of
open space on these floors
