coverage is the ratio of sample count of both Good RSRP and Good RSRQ total
Sample count . Measure from scanner in idle mode.

Call Testing : Call testing duration 110 s and wait time is 10s in active mode.

MOS Testing : During call testing every 15s one MOS sample generated in active
mode.
