Main goal:

• To understand what is happening inside Electronic Arts enterprise and how


the company can boost their success and revenue taking away main

problems in operation processes.

Main objectives:

• Surf the Internet and read books to understand how operating activities
impact on the competiveness of enterprises, realize possible issues.

• The global video game market size was valued at USD 159
billion in 2020 and is expected to grow

• The availability of different genres of games such as action,


role play, simulation, and strategy is anticipated to attract the
customers

• Growing popularity of eSports tournaments and the increasing


number of professional gamers are anticipated to increase
sales of video games and accessories

• Decrease the number of projects given to each


employee.

• EA can consider sharing part of the revenue the


company receives

• EA should switch their religion to quality over quantity
