NATURE OF RESEARCH
The research design used is descriptive in nature.
Descriptive research expands knowledge of a research
problem or phenomenon by describing it according to
its characteristics and population. Descriptive research
focuses on ‘how’ and ‘what’.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

Sampling Methodology:
Sample Size - 100 respondents
Sample Unit - Students and various working professionals
Sample Area – Hassan

DATA COLLECTION:
The data / information collected from the various sources were divided
into two parts.
They are:
• Primary source
• Secondary source
Primary Data
Primary data is information that collect specifically for
the purpose of research project. An advantage of primary
data is that it is specifically tailored to research needs.
Questionnaires

Secondary Data
The secondary data is the information which already
exits. The secondary data is collected from journals,
magazines, books, and case studies.
SAMPLING TECHNIQUE USED

Non probability sampling

In non-probability sampling, the chance of any particular unit in the
population being selected is unknown, since the randomness is not
involved in the selection process. The three most frequently used non-
probability designs are judgment, convenience and quota sampling.

Judgment sampling
This is also known as selective, or subjective sampling, this technique
relies on the judgment of the researcher when choosing who to ask to
participate. Researcher may implicitly choose a representative sample
to suit the needs.
STATISTICAL TOOLS TO BE USED:

Percentage
Graphs
Tables
