Scenario 1 A student of the Faculty of Medicine from beginning of the semester , 17 years old told about her fears to you as a new friend. She had difficulties to discuss in a formal forum. It might be because she was not accustomed to do it, and she was also embarrassed by a very distinctive accent . It stems from the Tapanuli region using Batak language in everyday life . She also said she did not know how to search for good reading material for lessons in medicine as long as she is only using the Internet to open facebook . She asks you what she should have learned to solve the problem ?
