BACKGROUND:
Polishing process dust and buffing at packing shop is going out through exhausts
which is effecting outer environment and is a safety hazard. Due to this, we have
planned to install exhaust systems with water showering in both processes.
PURPOSE:
To remove dust particles of polishing and buff from stations in order to exhaust
clean air in the atmosphere. To provide better indoor and outdoor air quality to
the workers.
OBJECTIVES:
• Improvement of indoor and outdoor air quality.
• Reduce dust from outgoing air after polishing.
• Reduce buff particles from outgoing air after buffing process.
• To make environment clean and safe for workers.
