2 How the product works

2.1 Filtering principle

After the dust is collected into the dust collector through the suction inlet, the dust-laden air enters the filter room from
the air inlet flow sharing device of the dust collector, and first hits the spoiler in the middle of the air inlet. Under the action of
the airflow, a part of the coarse particles in the airflow directly settle into the ash hopper; the fine-grained and low-density
dust particles are filtered by the filter cartridge with a filtering effect of up to 99% when the airflow passes through the filter
cartridge, and is trapped on the surface of the filter cartridge and pulsed The blowback structure blows back into the ash
hopper, and the purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged into the workshop again from the exhaust port of
the fan chamber on the upper side of the dust collector. The filtering principle diagram is shown in Figure 2.1:

Clean air

dusted air

Figure 2.1 Schematic diagram of dust filtration

2.2 Pulse blowback principle

The composition of the pulse blowback system is composed of a cylinder, an electromagnetic pulse valve, a pulse
blowback controller, and compressed air.
One end of the pulse valve is connected to a compressed air storage cylinder, and the other end is connected to an
electromagnetic pulse valve. The exhaust valve is controlled by a pulse blowback controller. When there is no signal from the
pulse blowback controller, the movable baffle of the exhaust valve is at the position of closing the exhaust hole; when the
program controller sends a signal, the movable baffle opens, and the compressed air in the accumulator is quickly relieved of
pressure, so the exhaust The corrugated film inside the air valve is pressed in the opposite direction, the jet port is opened, and
the compressed air enters the filter cartridge through the pulse valve for blowing and cleaning. When the signal disappears,
the movable baffle returns to the original position of closing the exhaust valve, and the corrugated film re-closes the jet port,
and the injection stops automatically. The reverse blowing is shown in Figure 2.2.
Each blow to clean the dust is completed at about 0.1 ~ 0.2S, that is, the high-pressure air sprayed at this moment has a

2
good dust removal effect, so that the dust attached to the filter cartridge is shaken off, and the fine dust adsorbed on the
surface of the filter material is It is shaken off into the dust hopper under the action of the airflow. The pulse blowing air
pressure is 0.4~0.6Mpa, and the air supply must be kept constant during operation. The schematic diagram of the blowback
is shown in Figure 2.2.

4.4 High precision filter

The HJM-22Q-G pulse back-blowing industrial dust collector is a vertical filter cartridge filter
unit. It adopts a vertical installation method and is equipped with a spoiler at the air inlet to make the
large particles of dust entering the filter unit directly fall into the ash hopper. Inside, it has a
pre-dust removal effect. The filter cartridge is made of Toray membrane filter material. After
PTFE membrane treatment, the filtration efficiency for dust above 0.3-1µm is more than 99%,
which has a good removal effect.
