 They are basic standards for all teachers to
follow to ensure learning development for
students

 Learner and learning is about teachers understanding that all


students have individual learning styles
 Have high expectations for students
 Teachers use their professional knowledge to recognize all of each
individualized student needs, abilities, and qualities
