Mediterranean.
 Turkey 2020 population is estimated at 84,339,067 people at mid year according to UN
data.
 Turkey population is equivalent to 1.08% of the total world population.
 Turkey is ranked 33 among 190 economies in the ease of doing business
 Textile industry is one of the most important sectors in the economy of Turkey in terms
of GDP, exports, and employment.
 It comprises to 10 percent of the country's GDP, and 20 Percent of the country's total
employment.
 It constitutes to 40 percent of the total industrial production of the country.
Reasons to Choose Turkey

 The chief executives of Pakistan and Turkey are very much interested to boost
bilateral trade between both countries

 As of the visit of Turkish President 2020 the two countries signed some trade and
investment deals and resolved to take bilateral trade to $5 billion a year.

 Pakistan exports to Turkey in CY18 mainly comprised cotton, textiles and food
grains .

 Due to the growing strong relation between the two countries, it seems that trade
policies may simplify more in the future creating opportunities like Khaadi to
grow and expand their business in Turkey.

 Khaadi clothing line is similar to Turkey’s traditions as Turkish ladies like to wear
elegant dresses with the blend of eastern and western yet being modest, so Khaadi
can avail this opportunity.

increase bilateral trade to $5 billion between the years 2016 and 2019 and
then to $10 billion by 2022.
 Turkey is the country’s fourth largest textile exports market, reinforcing
its importance as a trade partner for Pakistan.
Strategy

 Although we are launching our brand in Turkey but our manufacturing unit will
be in Pakistan.
 We will make all the market one link so that when we will launch our collection
in Pakistan we will simultaneously launch it in Turkey as well.
 We will transport the final products to Turkey via cargo (contracting with services
like DHL) so that the collections are displayed at same time in Turkey too.
 Initially we will launch Khaadi at a multi-brand store or exhibitions to gather the
consumer insight.
 Later on, we will establish a single brand store based on the response.
 We will use local influencers and local language to advertise our brand which will
help us to create brand awareness among the masses.
Conclusion

 Pakistan and Turkey have long had good relations, which have been
strengthened by growing economic cooperation between the two
governments.
 We believe that Turkey is a potential market to expand business for the brands
like Khaadi but keeping in view that Khaadi advertises in a way that appeals
the local consumers and prompt to buy the products.
 Lastly, Khaadi is a proud Pakistani brand and we aim to promote Made in
Pakistan specifically in Turkey and around the world in general.
