1. LEARNING
SKILLS

- It teaches students about the mental processes required


to adapt and improve upon a modern work environment.
A. CRITICAL THINKING

- ability to find solutions to problems


- skills that allows a person to make logical and informed decisions to the
best of her ability
- ability to think in an organized and rational manner in order to understand
connections between ideas or facts
- people are able to think clearly and rationally
B. CREATIVITY

- ability to think outside the box


- ability to think about a task or a problem in a new or different way
- ability to use imagination to generate new ideas
- skills used to look at the issue from different and creative angles using the
right tools to assess it and develop a plan
C. COLLABORATION

- ability to successfully work toward a common goal with others


- are soft skills developed between individuals and teams in order to interact,
engage, and synergize while working towards a common goal
D. COMMUNICATION

- ability to talk to others


- ability to used when giving and receiving different kinds of information
- effectively convey ideas and feelings among different personality types
2. LITERARY
SKILLS
- It focuses on how students can discern facts, publishing outlets
and the technology behind them. There’s a strong focus on
determining trustworthy sources and factual information to
separate it from the misinformation that floods the Internet.
A INFORMATION LITERACY
. - ability to find, evaluate, organize, use and communicate
information in all its various formats, most especially in
situations requiring decision making, problem solving or
the acquisition of knowledge
- able to identify, find, evaluate, apply and acknowledge
sources of information and separate fact from fiction
B. MEDIA LITERACY
- ability to access, analyse, evaluate, create and act using all
forms of communication.
C. TECHNOLOGY LITERACY
- ability to safely, responsibly, creatively and effectively use
appropriate technology.
- able to understand what gadgets perform, what tasks and
why.

SKILLS

- Skills that acquired through learning and experiences


that enable individuals and groups to effectively handle
issues and problems commonly encountered in daily life.
A. FLEXIBILITY

- expression of someone’s ability to adapt to changing


circumstances
- capacity to adjust to short-term change quickly and calmly
- ability to adapt to new situations, improvise and shift
strategies to meet different types of challenges
B. LEADERSHIP

- skills used when organizing people to reach a shared goal


- motivating others to complete a series of tasks, inspire
them, drive change and deliver results
- ability to lead by example and translate vision into reality
C. INITIATIVE

- ability to be resourceful
- ability to work without always being told what to do
D. PRODUCTIVITY

- also known as active skills


- skills that enable learners to produce language in written or
spoken forms
E. SOCIAL SKILLS

- skills use to communicate and interact with other people


both verbally and non-verbally
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- the process of learning this skills is called socialization
