Inference & Action Proposed

• Max. deployment of cranes in this 80t category is- for Material Shifting
to erection spot.
• Movement of Material to erection spot-. i.e Logistics planning to be
looked in to for improvement ,thereby reducing the required crane hours
• All averages TPH,LPH,TPL to be reviewed every month .These can be
benchmarked for this site.
• To break down the activities further for study, .viz- erection – can be
studied under diff. heads > Erection - structural- equipment – Piping
> Material Handling– Loading-Unloading –Shifting
• Once we benchmark productivity levels for the above activities, we can
identify the area of improvement & work on the same.
