Procedure For Grid Connection Project

Step 1 : Site Survey For Grid Connection

1.Inform to EPC office & request one person from EPC representative person

2.Survey for Exisiting EPC line nearest with target site


3.Confirmation with EPC representative for exisiting EPC line feasible for HT or LT?
4.Confirmation with EPC representative for exisiting EPC line is fesiable or not ?
5.Confirmation with EPC representative for tapping point from exisiting EPC line.
6.Survey for line route from tapping point to our target site.
7.Survey for pole location for line ( ROW clear or not ).Negotiate , if have ROW.
8.Meet & Negotiate with VEC.If have VEC Donation Request.
9.Meet with EPC officer and get recommendation letter for survey result.
10.Report survey report & Quotation to Client.
Step 2 : Survey Report & BOQ Report to Client

1.Negotiate with client for survey report & BOQ

2.Wait For client PO


Step 3 : Application Submission For EPC Permit

1.Request to client for require docs

2.Prepare hard copy for proposal and required docs


3.Submit to Township EPC
4.Get from Township EPC approval and submit to District EPC

5.Get from District EPC approval and submit to Division EPC


6.Follow up for division EPC approval
7.Follow up to get Naypyitaw MOEE permit.
