1. The Facilitator
A teacher’s role is recognized as a facilitating one with learners

also have an attitude of cooperation and sharing as well as an

11 emphasis on group activities. When the emphasis is on doing

particularly in group activities, more than on knowing or caring,
the role of the teacher takes on a different configuration, that is
called the teacher as a facilitator.

A teacher should not give a punishment if the learners made a

A teacher as a mentor= example in utterance, clothing and

The teacher will work as teams, oversee the operations in
management in school, manage groups, also handle the internal
or external management systems. Administrators as producers
are concerned with finances, making projections about future
growth, and looking for new audiences.

5. The Controller
The teacher is in charge of the class, manage both the students and the class
at the same time. The teacher is mostly the centre of focus, the teacher may
