Objectives

 Quality control and display settings of seismic data


– Edit and assign vintages
– Create and edit color palettes
– Display a Base map in 2D window
– Display a Base map in 3D window
– Use Survey manager
Edit and assign vintages (1)

Vintages: Different versions


of the same seismic data.

1. Go to the Input pane or Seismic interpretation toolbar to find available vintages.

2. Open the Settings dialog to
edit vintage names.

3. Display one line in an interpretation window or several in a 3D window, from


various seismic cubes.

4. Select different vintages to dispaly from the Seismic interpretation toolbar or Input
pane.

5. Activate the Seismic interpretation process and click or in the function bar to
scroll through all vintage selections for an intersection.
Create color palettes
2.Click one color palette, copy
1.Go to the Templates and paste it by pressing
pane. Expand Seismic CTRL and C, then CTRL and
color tables folder V on the keyboard.

Templates pane: Contains all predefined color palettes.


Edit color palettes
1.Go to Info tab in Settings 2.Go to Colors tab to edit colors; Click and
to edit the palette name. drag it to change the balance of the palette .

3.Go to Info tab in seismic cube

Note: Color palettes can be imported and


exported.
Display Base map in 2D or 3D window (1)
1.Open survey folder(s) Settings

2.Under the Style tab, specify Base map annotations.
