Title :Experimental study on bending behavior of composite beam
using plywood I-section

Signature of Guide with date:

1
Objectives

• To examine the feasibility of using plywood I-section in composite

RC beam.

• To find the bending behavior of composite RC beam with Geo-

grid wrapping.

• To compare the bending behavior of composite plywood I-section

beam wrapped with and without Geo-grid wrapping and
conventional beam.

2
Scope

 Different type of I-section has been casted with different dimension.

 Cubes and cylinders will be casted with different percentage of steel

fiber to checking the properties of concrete.

 Conventional concrete beam were casted.
