Gramar: El pasado simple se emplea para describir
acciones que comenzaron y finalizaron en el pasado. Los
verbos expresan una acción o un hecho desarrollado por
un sujeto. Sin embargo es importante saber que estos se
clasifican en: Regulares e Irregulares de acuerdo a las
modificaciones que sufren. Ejemplo:
They lived in Italy for five years. (live)  Regular
María ate a hamburger yesterday. (eat)  Irregular
En el pasado simple la conjugación verbal es la misma
para todos los pronombres personales. Ejemplo:
• I ate a hamburger yesterday
• María ate an apple in the morning
• Jhon y María ate a roasted chicken in the restaurant,
yesterday.
