To know what are the ways in keeping our body neat and
clean.
To know what are the ways to keep our surroundings clean.
To know why is it important to maintain cleanliness not just
in our body but also to our surroundings.

> Cleanliness is the habit or state of keeping yourself or your environment free
from dirt.

>The importance of cleanliness is to keep you away from any germs or viruses that
can make you sick.

>Maintaining cleanliness in our body and as well as our surroundings is an


essential part of a healthy living. It will keep you away from any diseases.
Ways to keep your body clean and things orderly

1. Take a bath every day using the


right bath soap for your skin and
shampoo for your hair.
2. Brush your teeth after meals.
3. Wear clean clothes
4. Always comb your hair
and fix it with a hair clip
or headband.
5. Cut your fingernails and
toenails once a week.
6. Arrange the things properly on
its right places. Wipe and sweep
the dirt and dust on it.
7. Throw waste paper and wrappers
into the garbage can.
8. Always wash your
hands before and after
eating and avoid
touching your face,
food, drinks or anything
with a dirty hands.
We must keep ourselves neat, clean, and pleasant-
smelling. We must observe hygienic practices every
day.
Keeping ourselves clean is a gift we can offer to God.
It also lessens the risk of getting sick. By being clean
not just in our bodies but also in our environment,
which are gifts from God.
