that the future of the PM profession is very healthy
and exciting. From a career perspective, many more
individuals will find themselves engaged in PM for a
larger portion of their professional lives.

professional.

 Many functions with many department integrated
with help of computer software and hardware , it help
in exchange of information
 in the future project will face Scarcity of financial,
human and raw material resources
 It needs management control
 Project manager role

 his role in organizaion is going to be complex and


challenging due to competition
 future of pm will be based on management styles
and technology advange , which he use.
 His project should be unique,efficiently and
effectively used
Apart form this a PM should have following:
 A PM should be aware of global perception about
project goal
 Leadership skill to guide project team
 decision making skills
 Negotiation skills
In future PM selection depends on factors like personal
history, past academic record,performance appraisal
and career development counselling.
Demographic and social changes
 PM discipline needs to be highly flexible and quick
respond to fast changing market conditions, which is
taking place around them

 Planning for uncertainty will become a


significant issue.

negligible.
