With the help of GIS tool of hydrology the river and its catchment can be observed and
compared along the years
Through on site survey physical activities can be accurately marked as on what all activities are
happening and on which location they are taking place
Taking in account the pre-pandancmic and post pandemic both situation can be analyzed to get
an overview of the current situation
On the basis of that local administration can be contacted for further knowledge about these
activities and their plan of action to stop or make these activities less harmful.
On the basis of the identified issues and possible reasons for ecological destruction, proposal
can be given for a sustainable approach towards the issues
Since Amarkantak also holds a big significance for religious travelers, tourism would also be
taken in account along with the other reasons and problems for the river stretch in its source
city.
