Deck Crew = The deck department is responsible for ensuring safe
navigation of vessels, safe handling and maintaining cargo on the
vessels in good condition. The ranks of deck officers include master
mariners, chief mates, second and third officers, as well as night
vision officers.
 
Cruise Directors = A cruise director is a high-ranking or senior
officer of a cruise ship with responsibility for all onboard hospitality,
entertainment and social events, who acts as the public face of the
company.
 
Disc Jockeys = A disc jockey, usually abbreviated as DJ, is a
person who plays recorded music for a live audience.
Expedition leaders = have opportunities to travel worldwide, often in developing
nations, while responsible for groups. They take people to new places so expeditions are
often unpredictable and full of change. Expeditions may involve trekking, cultural
adventure and community project work.

Host and Hostesses =  A hostess or host greets customers as they enter a restaurant,


takes their reservation or puts them on a waiting list, gives them menus.
 
Naturalist = A naturalist is a type of biologist who studies the impacts of living species
on each other and the environments in which they live.
 
Sea reservation agent = Reservation agents assist consumers when booking
travel arrangements, such as hotel rooms, airline tickets, rental cars and cruise
cabins
 
Bar Stewards = Bar stewards are supervised by a bar manager. They make sure the
customers are of legal drinking age before serving them alcohol or tobacco products,
asking for identification if necessary. They serve a wide variety of beverages -- from soft
drinks to beer, wine and spirits.
Airplines
 
Air Traffic controller = often abbreviated ATC are personnel responsible for the
safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of air traffic in the global air traffic control system.
 
Pilot = An aircraft pilot or aviator is a person who controls the flight of an aircraft by
operating its directional flight controls. Some other aircrew members, such as
navigators or flight engineers, are also considered aviators, because they are involved in
operating the aircraft's navigation and engine systems.

Airport planner = contribute to the design and layouts


for aviation facilities. As an airport planner, your duties may include
researching and studying the area to decide the best placement for runways,
terminals, maintenance buildings, and roads within the airport.

Avionics technician = is a specialist who is responsible for all the electronics


aboard an aircraft as well as the wiring that connects to the electrical system.
Airport operations manager = is in charge of assessing, evaluating,
coordinating and overseeing the daily airport operations. He must also
make sure that the airport complies with the aviation regulations and
procedures.

A Location Manager =  oversees all of the personnel and operational


functions of an airport location.

back of house and kitchen area of a restaurant. Kitchen managers hire
staff, purchase food and stock, and make sure everyone is trained on
proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques.

Chef =

Dinning Manager = a dining room manager at a casual restaurant is

this type of restaurant

Server = a person or thing that provides a service or commodity.


Restaurant Manager = are in charge of overseeing, coordinating, organizing,
and assessing all operations entailed in the effective and smooth-running of food

Nutritionist = is a person who advises others on matters of food and nutrition


and their impacts on health.

Receptionist to hostes = A hostess entertains guests could be by talking or


showing them the services they provide while a receptionist takes care more of
clerical work

Counter Server = falls under the broader career category of Counter


Attendants, Cafeteria, Food Concession, and Coffee Shop. 

Catering managers = lead teams of chefs and catering assistants. They are


responsible for running the day-to-day catering operations and services in
restaurants, hotels and resorts. Catering managers are responsible for monitoring
the quality of the food and service and for making sure that their outlets perform
well.
A pantry cook = sometimes called a pantry chef, is a type of
foodservice professional who primarily prepares cold dishes, such as
salads, cheese boards and chilled soups.

Bartender =  
Bar manager = is an individual who directs, controls and plans the
activities of a bar. A bar manager in schedules employees, and oversees the
planning.

Wine Servers = recommend and serve wine to guests. They work in


hotels, private clubs, dining rooms and on cruise ships. Wine Servers have
extensive knowledge of wine, which allows them to match
appropriate wines to customers' tastes. ... Provide information

Accomodation

Hotel Manager = hotelier, or lodging manager is a person who


manages the operation of a hotel, motel, resort, or other lodging-related
establishment.

Resort managers = budget, hire, and coordinate staff, manage


supplies, and respond to customer needs.

Housekeeping manager,= or head housekeeper, has overall


responsibility for cleaning rooms, laundering bed linen and maintaining
furnishings
Hotel maintenance = is the upkeep of the various systems and components
used in the hospitality industry. These systems include general building
operations such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, but also many needs
specific to hotels and their customers.

Concierge = a caretaker of an apartment complex or a small hotel, typically


one living on the premises.

Night audit = itself is an audit of the guest ledger (or front office ledger);
that is, the collection of all accounts receivable for currently registered
guests. It can also be defined as the collection of all guest folios, the billing
receipts for currently registered guests.

Room Attendants =  are responsible for cleaning and servicing


guest rooms in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for
guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and they address all
guest queries politely and knowledgeably.
Hotel Housekeeping =  means performing all the duties towards
cleaning, maintaining orderliness, and running a house or a business
property. In case of hotels, the housekeeping duties involve
maintaining the hotel to the best possible state in terms of
cleanliness, and keeping it at highly desirable ambience.

between travel industry service .
 
Online travel agent, = or OTA, is a website or online agency,
which sells hotels, flights, travel packages, activities and car rentals
to customers.
 
Independent travel agents = are technically not employees and
therefore, are not bound by the typical regulations of an employee-
employer
