Duties and Responsibilities:

General Manager:

is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions in business. A major part


involves leading and directing employees. It delegates administrative tasks, such
as accounting, paperwork and payroll, while giving the freedom to deal with other
issues.
The General Manager is responsible for: The overall running of the resort. A General
Manager at a large full-service resort will have more of an administrative job,
overseeing managers and departments.

Food and Beverages Manager:

Responsible for overall operation for the resort food and beverage managers hire staff,
purchase food and stock, and make sure everyone is trained on
proper food preparation, proper and legal alcoholic beverage service kitchen safety
techniques and understand health standards.

Cashier or Front desk:

is used in many resort or hotel for an administrative department where a receptionist's


duties also may include room reservations and assignment, guest registration, cashier
work, credit checks, key control as well as mail and message service. Such receptionists
are often called front desk clerks.

Security Officer :

A security guard or security officer is a person who is paid to protect property, assets,
or people. They are usually privately and mostly comprised with civilian
personnel. Security guards prevent risks and deter crime, watch out for looming
danger, and report any crime they may encounter.

Life Guard:

monitors a recreation facility or a resort to make sure swimmers are following safety
rules and no one is having trouble. An extremely important part of their job is
safety. Lifeguards are trained in rescue and first aid techniques. They must explain
safety rules to swimmers and enforce them.
Engineer:

are responsible to ensure proper maintenance of the resort through fulfillment of guest
requests and on-going preventative maintenance. Under direction of the Director
of Engineering, perform general repair and maintenance of any and all equipment
found in and around the hotel

Zumba Instructor:

organize and lead group exercise sessions, which can include aerobic exercise,
stretching, muscle conditioning, or meditation. They handle administrative duties, such
as scheduling personal training sessions for guest or creating workout incentive
programs.

Bar Tender:

In addition to mixing and serving drinks, bartenders stock and prepare garnishes for
drinks and maintain an adequate supply of ice, glasses, and other bar supplies. They
also may wash glassware and utensils and serve food to customers who eat at the mini
bar.

Maintenance :

fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and pool. Tasks include plumbing
work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air
conditioning system maintenance.
