Purpose of the document

Developing standard process and guideline to improve quality of process and promote home collection of COVID-19 PCR Test.

Stakeholders

Call Center Agents Resources working in call center department / primarily responsible for answering 800 7400.
Ordering Agents /
Front Office Responsible to create & manage Orders in Al Hasana, Insta and RH Custom app.

Can be called as Driver or transportation assistant who commute clinical nurses between collection point

and PCR Centers.
Registered nurse is the primary resource and responsible to collect the Covid-19 PCR samples from
Clinical Nurse
customers. Also, responsible to follow safety protocols as published by health authority.

Information Key resource in providing digital solution and assist operations on the dashboard, order performance,
Technology Reports etc.
Sales & Marketing Generate leads through various source and responsible for converting lead into prospects/customer.
Finance Revenue booking, MIS and Audits.
Define PCR Center

PCR Center is the designated points where Order Agents, Collection Agents & Clinical Nurses will be reporting to operations as per
defined duty roster.

Right Health PCR Centers as follow:


1. Karama Medical Center, Al Khail Gate, Dubai.
2. Karama Medical Center, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai.
3. Karama Medical Center, Burjuman, Dubai.
4. Right Health, Abu Dhabi.
5. Right Health, Al Ain
{List of centers will be decided by Operation heads, above list will be subject to modify}

Define Duty Rosters

Duty Rosters will be defined by Operation team followed by respective heads acceptance and the same will be notified to the
resources. Operation team owns responsibility of reserve backup resources, amendments in rosters etc.

Collection Tray

Collection Tray to be placed in all PCR Collection Centers; Collection tray contains:-
1. HASANA sample collection barcode
2. Insta Credit Bill
3. Lab submission report (Contains Insta MR No., HASANA ID and Other mandate details. Sample Collection time will be filled manually by
Registered Nurse)
4. Copy of Lab submission report – To be signed by Collection agent and submit to Front Office for internal reference.

Note: Orders to be processed as a batch. Batch contains minimum 1 order to max 5 orders.

Barcode Printer

Barcode printer access to be enabled for Order agent / Front office.

Android Tablet

Android tablet with data to be provided to Collection Agent (driver) / Registered Nurse.
Define Primary Enquiry Form

Primary enquiry form contains mandatory fields which qualify the order confirmations. This form will be published in all sources
which connect to the operation in order to manage the requests from customers. Fields as follow:-
1. First Name & Last Name or Full Name
2. Date of Birth
3. Emirates ID / Passport Number
4. Nationality
5. Mobile Number (Valid UAE contact number)
6. Email Address (optional)
7. Home Address (Door No., Floor, Building name, Landmark, Area, Emirate)
Additional fields for Call Center:
8. Preferred date & time for sample collection.
9. COVID-19 PCR Sample Collection (Multiple)
