Roles:
1. Own all branch-banking objectives and overall Bank branch supervision
2. Ensure achievement of overall Branch Targets by generating business and cross sales
3. Review Branch Operations reports
4. Lead a result oriented team
Purpose
The employees of the Operations department of the bank are not
motivated to work. This is causing inefficiency and affecting
profitability of the bank.
Objective
1. To examine actionable strategies for building the kind of leadership and
management skills to enable their team or their co-workers to deliver their
optimum performance.
2. To enable Branch Heads to find ways to motivate employees.
3. To provide training to Branch Heads to enhance and strengthen their
capabilities in leadership and managing people and business effectively.
Expected Outcome
1. Employees are motivated to work
2. Performance and productivity of the departments is improved
3. Completion of work within the stipulated time
4. Profits are increased.
