Introduction and Background

• The impacts of COVID- 19 on the organizations in


Bangladesh is immeasurable and devastating.

• Shut down the factories and establishments and their


production.

• As a result, companies are overburdened.

• Changes the lifestyles of the workers of Bangladesh.

• The employee who is laid off suffered the most distress


• Most of the companies are unable to make any profit due to zero production.
• Terminated employees will face financial stringency.
