Introduction
• The world health organization declared the coronavirus (Covid19) as
pandemic on March 11, 2020. Government from across the world
announce the lockdown in their respective countries. In lockdown
government restrict all the things which were not necessary ex.
Traveling, Work from home for employees, markets were closed.
According to some data half of all employees were happy to work from
home during pandemic.
• As of now, most of the companies are afraid of reopening their offices
and going back to the traditional way of working as they understand the
responsibility and the risks of the virus. Even a single employee getting
infected can wreak havoc in the workplace, which will spell nothing but
disaster for the entire company. Organizations that have their
employees working from home are taking all the possible measures to
prevent the further spread of the virus. One thing is assured that when
the offices reopen, everyone will be making huge changes to ensure a
safe and virus-free environment in their workplaces.
Objectives Of Project
1- To find out the productivity and effectiveness of the person.
2- To analyse the satisfaction level of person during
Work from home.
3- To Disadvantage of work from home
4-To What are the biggest challenges facing while work from

5- To find out that people want to work from home for rest of the
life or for a specific period.

Research Methodology

1- POPULATION & SAMPLE


The target population was the people who are in corporate sector
and having business and are living in Alwar, Kota, Bhilwara
(Rajasthan). The research aim at to study Corporate workers and
business persons.

2 SELECTION OF SAMPLE
The sample consisted of 100 Corporate workers and business
persons , i.e. sample size was 100.
3 COLLECTION OF DATA
This study is based on completely primary data collected through the
questionnaire “A survey on Work From Home During Covid- 19 ”.
The data is taken from the questionnaire and primary in nature.

4 TOOLS & TECHNIQUES


• The collected data was analyzed by using qualitative techniques.
The primary data collected from the Corporate workers and
business persons analyzed by using the Pie Chart. Pie chart have
been used for better pictorial understanding.
Data Analysis
• 49% belong to the age group of 18-25 years,

• 59% of the People are male.

• 49% people are employed.

• 41% of the people have a family of 5 to 7 members.

• 36% of people are somewhat satisfied with work from

• 43% of people thinks that internet connectivity is the biggest
challenge for work from home.

• 57% of people thinks that people have dedicated place for doing
work from home.

• 63 % of people believes that work from home concept is suitable

Findings
• Working from home is very economical as it saves money of
both company and employee.
• Employees residing in remote areas find difficult to work from
home, as they face network issues.
• Working from home won’t give you exposure of the external
world. Extrinsic development of employee is barred.
• Working from home is making employees more productive. As
their time is saved from chitchats and other interruptions.
• Work from home provides the balance between work and life.
• Mostly have all the equipment in order to do work from home.
• Mostly have their own dedicated place where they do work
from home
• Most of the people have suitable work environment which is
the allmost requirement of WFH.

Conclusion
As a result, it can be concluded that working from home has an
influence on productivity of the employees. While some of the
factors of working from home practice have positive influences
on the productivity, some other factors have negative influences.
Moreover, there are some other factors, the influences of which
depend on the characteristics and attitude of the employees and
the circumstances. If there is a suitable work space at home,
employees work more productively when they can focus on their
work and finish their tasks without being interrupted and
distracted by their colleagues in the office.
