Statement of the Problem :
• The COVID-19 pandemic has
forced many organizations around
the world to make full use of a
variety of emerging online
communication platform
technologies.
• Universities are among the
organizations that have asked
students, tutors, and lecturers to
use a number of different online
communication platforms to ensure
the education process remains
uninterrupted.
Research Objectives :
1. To observe the impact of pandemic on
students and working personnel.
2. To identify profile of parents’ work-
family balance and social support and
examine their links with parenting
stress and marital conflict.
3. To investigate the impact of Covid-19
on work-life domains.

 Findings :
• The majority of the responders are
between the age 18-24.
• Majority of the responders are
student or young workers.
• Majority of their life affected in
learning process during pandemic.
• Majority of them have moderate
stress during pandemic.
• Majority of them rate 7 out of 10 in
communication with their manager.
• Majority of them are moderate
anxious of their job security.
• Majority of them are somewhat
agree with the productivity of the
working environment.
• According to the chi-square test, it
is found that we fail to reject null
hypothesis or we can say that
Stress level of employee is not
related to Covid-19/Pandemic.
Conclusion :
We found that the employees are
affected by the pandemic in one
way or another. And it was found
that this cause employee to have
social anxiety and hard for them
to maintain their work-life
balance. This research tells us that
the students and employees are
having a high fear related to their
learning process as well as job
security.
Suggestion :
• In this study, it is
found that people are
suffering by staying a
long time in home and
they need to move out
and be socialize.
• The study also shows
that more young
generation people got
affected because of
pandemic.
