One Size Does Not Fit All: Dealing with
Mathematical Anxiety in New
Normal Classes
This paper will define what mathematical anxiety is, what factors that
cause or trigger math anxieties, and what possible research-based
approaches and interventions can be used to minimize math anxieties.
Also, the study addresses how the students are dealing and coping with
their mathematical anxieties, especially in today’s new normal classes. It
might not be easy to identify the cause for math anxieties, nor is it easy to
cure" math anxiety. By looking at the various causes and factors for the
occurrence of math anxiety and the possible interventions to it we will
gain a deeper understanding of this phenomenon and work towards its
end.

“Education During Pandemic: The Perception
of College of Education Major in Mathematics
Students in Teaching Materials and Effective
Strategies of Teacher on Online Learning”

In this research the researcher wants to know the experience and

outcomes of Education Major In Mathematics students in online education
in which it can help the researcher as a future teacher and how students
cope up and adjust to a new normal way of teaching. The researcher
chose to study about online Education because it is the safest way to
learn on this time of pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine
the perception of College of Education Major in Mathematics students in
teaching materials and effective strategies of teacher on online learning
during pandemic, Moreover the interest and curiosity of the researcher is
the main reason why this research is being conducted.

Effectiveness of Using Remote Learning in
Teaching Mathematics for the Young Learners:
Basis for Improving Instructional Material as
Supplement for Students Education

Remote learning strives to re-create the classroom environment as the

students learn from the computer (Geneva, 2020). All subject will be
discussing through remote learning, one of this is Mathematics subject.
We all know that this subject is difficult to understand and how else if it is
taught using this way of learning. That is why this study aims to show the
effectiveness of using remote learning in teaching Mathematics to young
learners. The researchers wants to show if remote learning is effective, if
the students really learn using this mode of teaching.

Factors Affecting the Mathematics
Performance of Grade 7 Students in a Modular
Learning

This study aims to determine the different factors that affects

the student’s Mathematics performance, this factors are limited
to students-related factors, family-related factors and learning
environment-related factors. This research will also identify
how this factors affects the students’ performance in
Mathematics.

Education in the New Normal: The
Preparedness of Students in Adapting
Synchronous and Asynchronous Mode of
Learning
In conquering the new normal education in the Philippines, access
in the quality education was questioned by many. Different
hindrances may affect every student to acquire quality education
such as technology competence, internet connection, financial
aspects, and learning environment. But still, students can be more
flexible in the new normal which benefits them (Bates, 2018) This
research is proposed because of the eagerness of the researchers,
who will become professional teachers soon, to know how students
perform in adapting changes in their environment particularly in the
time of COVID-19

The New Normal: Efficient Online Teaching
Strategies in Mathematics used by Teachers in
Senior High School
Online classes have its drawbacks, it lacks in interpersonal
communication. Especially in Mathematics, many students are
having difficulties in learning and understanding topics of this
subject. Mathematics needs an elaborate explanation so that the
students can understand it step by step. In order to help the
teachers and students in learning Mathematics, the researchers
are proposing to conduct a research about Efficient Online
Teaching Strategies in Mathematics used by Teachers in Senior
High School. This will give the teachers ideas on how they can help
their students to learn Mathematics.

ime Management and Learning Strategies of
Working College Students
as Predictors for Academic Performance in the
New Normal Education
The researchers aim to study about time management and learning
strategies of working college students as predictors for academic
performance in the new normal education to provide some ideas
and knowledge for those future researchers that will also study this
topic. This is also helpful for those working students to cope up and
learn strategies to improve their academic performance. This will
also serve as motivation and inspiration for those non-working
students. It also aims to investigate the impact of employment to
the time management and learning strategies of students with
regards to their academic performance during this new normal
Education.
