User maintenance
1. Piercing nozzle cleaning

Wipe off dirt from the outside of the


piercing nozzle with cotton swabs.
For stubborn dirt, use gauze moistened
with purified water.

unit cell is contaminated. Wash the optical unit cell if necessary.

Operation procedure
・ Refer to the package insert that come with the Cell washing
kit.
Replacement of Plunger seal (1/2)
If the plunger seal on the fluid pump becomes worn and fluid leaks
occur, the analyzer can no longer maintain the described flow rate or
produce accurate measurement results. The plunger seal inside the
pump head must be replaced if necessary.

-Recommended frequency : Every 60,000 measurements.
