Calibration Workbook

1.0 PURPOSE /SCOPE

The purpose of this document is for use in the performance of calibration or calibration verification of
the XP-300 analyzer and documentation of the test results from the process. The resulting
certificate of calibration verification is provided to the customer and the entire record created as a
result of this process is retained by the Sysmex Resource Center.

2.0 ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS, FORMS AND GUIDELINES

3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES/DEPARTMENTS AFFECTED

It is the responsibility of trained and authorized service personnel to perform calibration or calibration
verification of the XP-300 analyzer and to document the test results from the process. This record
will be retained by the Sysmex Resource Center.
