Environment Requirement
1. well-ventilated and no dust, mechanical vibration, big noise and power supply interference
2. Atmospheric pressure: 86KPa - 106 KPa
3. No corrosive and inflammable gases.
4. Temperature of working environment : 10℃ - 30℃
5. Relative humidity: ≤70%
6. Keep away from brush-type motor, flickering fluorescent lamp and electrical contact type
equipment that are frequently switched off and on.
7. Avoid direct sunlight or direct influence of heat and wind sources.
8. During normal working, the loudest noise 1m away from the instrument shall be lower than 60dB.

Power Requirement
1. Application power supply: AC 100-240V,50/60Hz.
2. Rated power: 600VA.
3. Circuit breaker type: UL certified-250V-6A-slow break type
4. The instrument shall be powered by a well-earthed socket to ensure reliable work.
Water Requirement
1. Electrical conductivity of purified water shall be at least CLSI grade two and ≤1μs/cm.
2. Water supply shall purify water for at least 5L/h.
3. Temperature of supplied water shall be 5 ℃-32 ℃.

Connect the liquid detection unit following the order and colors. Don’t mix them .

wash liquid tank(3.5L)/alkaline wash (2L) purified water tank (10L)
Note:
1. Dilute the alkaline wash with the purified water in the ratio 1:8.
2. Before use , displace the wash liquid for some time to make sure no bubbles in the wash liquid tank.

2. Fill the electrode filling in electrodes –Reference electrode
 Charge the Filling solution from the charging hole on the top of
Reference electrode. the Filling solution should reach 2/3 to 3/4
of Electrode cavity volume(~5mL)
 Make sure no bubbles between Filling solution and Electrode
membrane, if any bubbles inside, swing the electrode or flip it
with finger to remove the bubbles
 Make sure the charging hole is not blocked by crystal.

2. Fill the electrode filling in electrodes –Ion-selective electrode
 The filling solution should reach 2/3 to 3/4 of cavity volume, make sure not too less or too much.
 Make sure no bubbles between filling solution and Electrode membrane, if any bubbles inside,
swing the electrode or flip it with finger to remove the bubbles.

3. Install electrodes .
 The order of electrodes from left to right: Dummy electrode ,K, Na, Ca, PH, Cl, Ref (Reference electrode) .
 Install the electrodes in the correct order, rotate the knob on the right side of electrode box to seal the tube of electrodes.
 The standard of good sealing of the tube of electrodes: the waste liquid coming out from sample peristaltic pump is
continuous without bifurcated, and it is very smooth.

4. Priming-Method 1.
1) Log in user software; after initialization , click <Replace A Standard Reagent> button in <ISE>
dialog of <Status> interface; follow the tips to finish installation. Then load the B standard
reagent in the same method.
