serial number, the purpose of borrowing. To make sure that the items are properly returned without damage, the portion of
the form pertaining to the return of items should be accomplished after inspection by the employee who received the items.

3. INTEGRATED CIRCUIT (IC) – is a small semiconductor
based electronic device consisting of several resistors and
capacitor. It is the basic component of most electronic devices.

4. TRANSISTOR – is a tiny electronic switch and


amplifier. It acts as a switch in a circuit which can be
triggered by electric signals.

5. DIODE – is an electronic component which conducts


electric current in one direction. It is used to be able to
charge the batteries of laptops and other mobile devices
